📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits.
• Administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
• Maintain and update HR information systems (HRIS) to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
• Support the recruitment and onboarding processes, including managing candidate data and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company regulations.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department, including managing employee records, attendance tracking, and leave management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address HR-related issues and provide solutions.
• Ensure the confidentiality and security of all HR data and information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR shared services or a similar role.
• Proficient in using HRIS software such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Certification in HR shared services or a related field is a plus.
