As a KOL Specialist - Beauty at Mustika Ratu, you will manage and nurture relationships with influencers, develop campaign strategies, and measure the impact of your efforts. You will work closely with our marketing team to ensure that our influencer campaigns align with our brand goals and deliver exceptional results. With a competitive salary ranging from Rp 12,000,000 to Rp 20,000,000 per month, this role offers both professional growth and financial rewards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement.
• Identify, recruit, and manage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the beauty industry.
• Create and oversee content calendars for influencer campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
• Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align influencer campaigns with overall brand objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers to ensure campaign success.
• Analyze campaign data to provide insights and recommendations for future strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in influencer marketing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in influencer marketing or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing influencer campaigns.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools like Google Analytics.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Creative thinking and strategic planning abilities.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
