📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct chemistry lessons for high school students (SMA) both offline and online.
• Develop and deliver lesson plans tailored to students' learning styles and abilities.
• Use interactive teaching methods and educational tools to enhance student understanding of chemistry concepts.
• Provide personalized feedback and support to students to help them improve their performance.
• Collaborate with other educators to ensure a cohesive and effective learning environment.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in chemistry education.
• Assist in the preparation and grading of student assignments and exams.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching chemistry to high school students.
• Strong knowledge of chemistry principles and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Experience in using educational software and online teaching platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
