📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and maintain Active Directory users, groups, and permissions
- Monitor and troubleshoot Active Directory issues
- Implement and enforce security policies and best practices
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new IT systems and applications
- Provide technical support to end-users and departments
- Document IT processes and procedures
- Participate in system upgrades and migrations
- Collaborate with the IT team to improve IT infrastructure
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support or a related role
- Familiarity with Active Directory and related Microsoft technologies
- Knowledge of network protocols and IT infrastructure
