📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Lead and manage a team of site engineers, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including schedules, cost estimates, and risk assessments.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and site personnel.
• Participate in safety meetings and training sessions to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in site engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects in the oil and gas sector.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
• Familiarity with project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools.
• Valid certifications in safety management, such as OSHA or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
