📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with neurological and musculoskeletal conditions using advanced assessment tools such as the FIM (Functional Independence Measure) and the NRS (Neurological Rating Scale).
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each patient.
• Provide hands-on rehabilitation therapy, including manual therapy, exercise therapy, and assistive device training.
• Monitor patient progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, occupational therapists, and nurses, to provide comprehensive and coordinated care.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and evidence-based practices in neurological and musculoskeletal rehabilitation.
• Educate patients and their families on proper exercise techniques, self-care strategies, and lifestyle modifications to promote long-term recovery and independence.
• Document and maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or a related healthcare field.
• Licensed Physiotherapist with a valid certification from the Indonesian Health Care Association (IHA).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in neurological and musculoskeletal rehabilitation.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practices in rehabilitation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
