📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute innovative advertising campaigns that drive engagement and growth for our EdTech and Talent Conceptor platforms.
• Create visually stunning and engaging content using industry-leading tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Hootsuite.
• Conduct market research and analyze campaign performance to optimize future strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of advertising campaigns with our overall marketing and sales efforts.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and advertising.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing regular updates to the management team.
• Assist in the development and implementation of our brand’s visual identity and messaging.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative workshops to generate new ideas and concepts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in content creation and advertising, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Hootsuite.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and search engine marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling copy and persuasive messaging.

• Proven track record of delivering successful advertising campaigns and driving measurable results.
