📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement comprehensive OHSE policies, procedures, and programs.
Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Provide leadership and guidance to the OHSE team, fostering a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
Monitor and report on OHSE performance metrics and KPIs.
Train and educate employees on OHSE best practices and emergency procedures.
Collaborate with management to integrate OHSE considerations into all aspects of business operations.
Stay updated with the latest developments in OHSE practices and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Safety, or Environmental Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in OHSE management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Certification as an Occupational Health and Safety Professional (OHSP) or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations, as well as international standards such as ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing OHSE programs in a mining or natural resources environment.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in using OHSE management software such as SAP, QHSE, or similar.
