📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and coordinate barge loading operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of cargo.
• Monitor and maintain safety standards and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Plan and schedule barge loading activities, considering factors such as vessel arrival times, cargo availability, and weather conditions.
• Coordinate with vessel crews, cargo handlers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in barge loading operations or a related role.
• Proven experience in coordinating with vessel crews and cargo handlers.
• Knowledge of maritime regulations and safety standards.
• Familiarity with cargo handling equipment and software, such as SAP or similar logistics management systems.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
