Home Credit Indonesia is looking for a dedicated and proactive Staff Collection (Field Officer) to join our team in Surakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for recovering overdue loans and ensuring the timely collection of payments from borrowers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and a customer-centric approach.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Visit borrowers to collect overdue payments and negotiate repayment plans.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of collections and communications with borrowers.,Follow up on overdue accounts and ensure timely collection of payments.,Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive relationship with borrowers.,Report collection activities and performance metrics to the supervisor.,Adhere to company policies and procedures related to collections.,Collaborate with other team members to achieve collection targets.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance collection skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in collections, sales, or customer service.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
