📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.,Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of inventory counts and stock movements.,Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth logistics operations.,Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols and procedures.,Monitor warehouse space utilization and recommend improvements for optimization.,Train and mentor junior warehouse staff to maintain high performance standards.,Resolve any warehouse-related issues or conflicts promptly and effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control techniques.,Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures in a warehouse setting.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects with ease.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using computer systems and software relevant to warehouse operations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
