📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Lead and manage the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll solutions for multi-country payroll processes.
• Provide expert guidance and support to clients throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with local and international payroll regulations and best practices.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive payroll documentation and training materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve payroll issues and challenges.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll and industry trends.
• Mentor and coach junior consultants to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Participate in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll implementation and consulting.
• In-depth knowledge of multi-country payroll processes and regulations.
• Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll configuration, customization, and integration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required.
