📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the management and maintenance of the company's fleet of vehicles,Ensure that all vehicles are in safe and operational condition,Coordinate with vendors and service providers for vehicle maintenance and repairs,Monitor fuel usage and expenses, and ensure compliance with company policies,Conduct regular vehicle inspections and maintain accurate records,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures,Provide training and support to junior fleet coordinators,Work closely with the transportation department to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Proficiency in Indonesian and English,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record,Knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements for vehicle operation
