📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Ensure accurate and timely financial records and compliance with GAAP and local regulations.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Lead the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.,Manage the payroll process, including employee compensation, benefits, and tax withholdings.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to senior management to support business decisions.,Monitor and manage the company's financial risks and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.,Maintain strong relationships with external auditors and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and local regulations.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
