📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including workshops and spare parts distributors.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities.,Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers to ensure mutual benefits.,Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote our products and services.,Stay updated with industry trends and developments to maintain a competitive edge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive aftermarket industry.,Strong understanding of the automotive aftermarket and spare parts industry.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Fluency in both spoken and written Indonesian is required.
