📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Managing and coordinating the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, tracking fuel usage, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
  • Overseeing the performance of drivers and ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Monitoring vehicle utilization and identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure that fleet needs are met and that vehicles are available when required.
  • Conducting regular vehicle inspections and maintaining detailed records of all fleet activities.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with vehicle service providers and negotiating favorable terms and conditions.
  • Providing regular reports on fleet performance and recommending strategies for improvement.
  • Ensuring that all fleet activities are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of fleet management principles and best practices.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using fleet management software and other relevant tools.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
