📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading and managing a specific department, overseeing its day-to-day operations and ensuring its alignment with the company's goals.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve departmental performance and efficiency.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Providing guidance and support to team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Monitoring departmental performance metrics and reporting to senior management.
  • Participating in cross-functional projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Representing the department at meetings and events, both internally and externally.
