📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the assigned outlet to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Train and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high service standards.,Conduct regular customer feedback sessions to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.,Collaborate with the regional manager to achieve overall business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven experience in driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with retail management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.
