📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all financial operations of the company.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to regulatory bodies and stakeholders.,Provide strategic financial advice to support the company's growth and development.,Oversee the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.,Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Manage the accounting team and provide guidance and support to ensure high performance.,Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with financial management and financial reporting processes.
