📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the sales promotion team, ensuring all promotions are executed according to plan.,Develop and implement innovative sales promotion strategies to drive sales growth.,Monitor and analyze sales promotion performance, providing regular reports to the management.,Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand messaging across all promotions.,Train and mentor junior sales promotion staff to ensure high performance and productivity.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to ensure successful promotion execution.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in sales promotion.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
