📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze production data using tools like SAP and Excel to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct process audits and implement lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements.
• Monitor production metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Train and mentor team members on best practices and new technologies.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in industrial engineering.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and Kaizen events.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in the production environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial engineering or a similar role.
• Proven experience in optimizing production processes and improving workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large datasets.
• Proficiency in using SAP, Excel, and other data analytics tools.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
