In your daily work, you will be responsible for managing incident investigations, developing emergency response plans, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive HSSE programs to ensure compliance with international standards such as ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001.
• Conduct regular audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Manage incident investigations and develop emergency response plans.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
• Conduct training sessions and provide guidance to employees on best practices for health, safety, security, and environmental protection.
• Work with contractors and suppliers to ensure their adherence to our HSSE standards.
• Monitor and report on HSSE performance metrics and KPIs.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement HSSE policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, Security, Environment, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HSSE management, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
• Certification in HSSE management, such as IOSH Managing Safely, NEBOSH, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of international standards such as ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience with MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
