As the HRGA Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our human resources and general affairs departments. You will be responsible for managing HR processes, including recruitment, training, and employee relations, while also overseeing the administrative and logistical aspects of our shipyard operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee all HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations.
• Oversee the administrative and logistical aspects of the shipyard operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support the company's strategic goals.
• Lead and mentor the HR and GA teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to support their professional growth.
• Handle employee grievances and conflicts, ensuring a harmonious work environment.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders, including contractors and suppliers, to maintain a smooth workflow.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and maintain accurate records of all HR and GA activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and GA roles, preferably in the maritime or shipyard industry.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop teams.
• Proficient in using HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of maritime industry standards and regulations is a plus.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required, with Indonesian language skills a plus.
