📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Promote and sell mobile phones and accessories to customers
- Provide expert advice and support to customers on mobile products
- Assist in stock management and inventory control
- Conduct customer surveys and provide feedback to improve service quality
- Maintain a clean and organized retail space
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the telecommunications or retail industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Familiarity with mobile phones and accessories
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 10 kg
- Willingness to travel to different locations within Solo
- High school diploma or equivalent
