Den Root Berjaya is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to manage and maintain our fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a passion for ensuring our vehicles are always in top condition. This role is crucial to the smooth operation of our logistics and transportation services.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition for operation.,Oversee the scheduling and routing of vehicles to ensure efficient use of resources and timely delivery of goods.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to address any issues or concerns related to the fleet.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle maintenance schedules to prevent breakdowns and reduce costs.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies regarding vehicle operation and maintenance.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance, including vehicle utilization, maintenance costs, and fuel efficiency.,Train and mentor new drivers and fleet staff on company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field. Experience in fleet management is a plus.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with drivers and other departments.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
