Apotek Dian Bakery is looking for a dedicated Deputy Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff. You will work closely with the Training Officer to ensure the success of our training initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to improve staff skills and knowledge.,Coordinate with the Training Officer to plan and execute training activities.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback.,Assist in the recruitment and selection process for new staff.,Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company policies.,Provide support and guidance to staff during training sessions.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs.,Organize and facilitate workshops, seminars, and other training events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficiency in using training management software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to travel within the region for training purposes.
