📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth service delivery.,Manage and supervise a team of 10-15 staff members, including chefs, waiters, and support staff.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of food hygiene.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure adequate supplies.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Conduct regular staff training and development programs.,Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and annual reports to the Restaurant Manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of managing a team and driving operational efficiency.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
