📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations,Manage and train store staff to ensure high service standards,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control,Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost sales,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to manage product deliveries,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement,Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution,Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail management or leadership role,Strong understanding of retail operations and sales strategies,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software is a plus,Fluency in Indonesian language is required
