PT Pertamina (Persero) - Bangka Belitung Regional Office is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Public Policy & Government Relations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing public policy strategies, managing relationships with government agencies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement public policy strategies aligned with the company's objectives and the needs of the Bangka Belitung region.,Manage and maintain relationships with government agencies, including the regional government, provincial government, and other relevant stakeholders.,Monitor and analyze regulatory changes and their potential impact on the company's operations.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and government policies.,Represent the company in government meetings, conferences, and other official events.,Prepare and present reports on public policy matters to senior management and other stakeholders.,Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the political and regulatory landscape in the Bangka Belitung region.,Identify and pursue opportunities for collaboration and partnership with government agencies and other stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, International Relations, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in public policy or government relations, with a focus on the energy or related industries.,Strong understanding of Indonesian government and regulatory frameworks.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with government officials and other stakeholders.,Proven ability to develop and implement effective public policy strategies.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is required.,Professional certification in public policy or government relations is a plus.,Experience working in the Bangka Belitung region is a plus.
