📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the People Enablement & Workforce Capability team to drive strategic initiatives that enhance employee engagement, performance, and capability.,Develop and implement programs to improve workforce capability, including training, development, and mentorship initiatives.,Collaborate with leadership to design and deliver change management strategies that support organizational goals and objectives.,Foster a culture of continuous learning and development by identifying training needs and providing relevant resources and support.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of people enablement initiatives, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including HR, line managers, and employees, to ensure alignment and support for people enablement initiatives.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in people enablement and workforce capability, and apply this knowledge to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in people enablement, workforce capability, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in driving strategic initiatives.,Strong understanding of change management principles and practices.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian culture and business practices is a plus.,Certifications in HR, change management, or a related field are a plus.
