📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and optimize CNC machining processes to ensure high-quality production and efficiency.,Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.,Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot machining issues to maintain optimal performance.,Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians to ensure continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of machining processes with other production activities.,Monitor and maintain machinery and tools to ensure they are in good working condition.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in the machining shop.,Provide technical support and guidance to customers and internal teams as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in CNC machining processes, with a strong background in process optimization and improvement.,Proven track record of success in leading and mentoring teams.,Strong knowledge of CNC machinery, tools, and materials.,Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and process planning is a plus.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
