📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost sales and customer engagement.,Manage a team of store staff, providing training and support to enhance performance.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Analyze sales data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Foster a positive customer experience by addressing concerns and providing excellent service.,Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a leadership role.,Strong understanding of retail operations and customer service principles.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Proficient in using data analysis tools and software.,Fluent in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of POS systems and retail software is a plus.
