📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the finance department, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and policies.,Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.,Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial planning.,Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions.,Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability.,Monitor cash flow and liquidity, ensuring the company's financial health and stability.,Maintain strong relationships with external auditors and financial institutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.,Proven experience in managing and leading finance teams.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
