📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales targets.,Ensure a positive customer experience by providing excellent service and resolving any issues promptly.,Oversee online sales and e-commerce platforms to drive growth and improve customer satisfaction.,Conduct regular staff training and development to enhance skills and performance.,Monitor store performance metrics and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment that reflects the brand's standards.,Work closely with the regional manager to ensure consistency in operations and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and e-commerce platforms.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail laws and regulations.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage both in-store and online operations.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.
