Pro Go Sentosa is seeking a dedicated Deputy Crew Store to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the management of our store inventory, ensuring smooth operations, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing store inventory, including stocking, ordering, and restocking.,Ensure the store is well-organized and presentable at all times.,Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with their purchases and answering any questions they may have.,Work closely with the store manager to ensure all store policies and procedures are followed.,Assist in the training and development of new store staff.,Participate in store promotions and special events as needed.,Keep accurate records of store transactions and inventory levels.,Assist in the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with basic inventory management software is a plus.,Ability to lift and move items up to 20 lbs (9 kg).,Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
